Expense receipts are dematerialized and instantly centralized on your management platform: no more month-end expense reports! This device allows toawarding a sum of money (1200 to 10200€) to your employees in replacement (total or partial) of their company car. The sum allocated can be spent by employees, directly with the Mobility Pack payment card, as part of their work. business and personal travel. This device allows to provide employees with a tax-free budget (700€/year/employee) to finance their commutingin favour of means of soft mobility (public transport, bicycles, car-sharing, etc.). Your employees pay their mobility expenses directly with the Mobility Pack payment card, and you benefit from detailed expense tracking dashboards.
| FUEL CARD AND ELECTRICAL RECHARGES |
Mobility Pack allows your employees to fill up with fuel or electricity (according to pre-defined ceilings) in all gas stations and recharging stations, whatever the sign, no commissions or management fees. The price paid, without advance payment thanks to the Mobility Pack payment card, corresponds to the advertised price.
*The Forfait Mobilités Durables (FMD): a financial support system for private sector employees and public service employees for their home-work trips. It can amount to up to 700 euros per year per employee and is exempt from taxes and social security contributions, particularly when combined with a public transport pass. 400 for fuel and energy costs related to the refueling of a personal vehicle. And, to 800 euros in the case of a cumulation with the expenses of public transport, according to the law of rectifying finances for 2022, published on August 16, 2022.
** Mobility Credit: the Mobility Credit is a budgetary envelope whose amount corresponds to the price difference between the cost of the company car and the alternative chosen by the company and/or the employee. The employee has this fund at his or her disposal, which compensates for the renunciation of the company car and allows him or her to pay for all business and even personal travel.
